The Peninsula Picnic for 2019 is fast approaching so buy your tickets and book your accommodation with us at Nepean Country Club now!
After last years sell-out event, The Peninsula Picnic returns on Saturday 30th March 2019 at the beautiful Mornington Racecourse. The event only runs for one day so make sure to book your tickets before they sell-out. This year there is an unprecedented line-up of Australian musicians, local wineries, producers and restaurants.
The musical line-up for this year’s event is amazing with indie rock band The Rubens headlining, Sarah Blasko, Tia Gostelow, Latin group San Lazaro and up-and-coming folk singer Fraser A. Gordon playing throughout the day. It would be hard not to be impressed by the musical acts appearing at this year’s Peninsula Picnic.
If you think the live music line-up is amazing, wait until you hear about the food and wine that will be available on the day. Local restaurants feeding you this year at The Peninsula Picnic include Jackalope’s Rare Hare, Montalto, Green Olive at Red Hill, Max’s Restaurant, Tuck’s Ridge and many more. Some of the wineries providing their finest drops are T’Gallant, Prancing Horse, Quealy and Kerri Greens. There will be cold beers from Wild Yak, and PIMM’s will be making cocktails throughout the day, what’s not to love!
The Peninsula Picnic doesn’t only provide great live music, local wines and food, and an amazing location; it also provides sessions with top winemakers and market stalls from local artisans. There will also be kids activities running throughout the day, so The Peninsula Picnic has something for everyone!
The Gates open at 11.30am on March 30, 2019. Pack your family, friends, picnic rug and dancing shoes and be a part of the Peninsula’s biggest food, wine and music event.
See you soon at Nepean Country Club!
